Rates are Required

In order to foster a more equitable industry and save your valuable time, we ask that you post rates and/or the department/project budget in numbers (range is okay) when posting jobs, crew calls, and casting calls. For any collaborations under minimum wage, make sure to mark them correctly as “Volunteer” or “Stipend”. Posts will be taken down if they do not meet our requirements.

Due Diligence

When hiring from or responding to the Jobs page, please do your due diligence. Ask for references, follow up, don’t just go based on resumes or an initial interview. We do our best to keep PANO a safe and supportive place, but we can’t control what happens outside of the Network. Ask around before working with someone – protect yourself!
